Seminole Florida Research Centre Hires Web and Phone Shoppers!

Interested in long-term care facilities, independent living centers, or clubs that are trying to build membership?

Bild & Company is based out of Seminole Florida. They work with small-sized operations, mid-sized communities, and large corporations. 

I just applied to do a couple of web and phone shops for Bild &Co, so I personally don't know a lot about this company yet. Here is some information I gleaned from my application to share with you, in case you might be interested in doing some mystery shops for them.

About Bild & Co

Build & Co specializes in helping grow occupancy for independent living communities, assisted living communities, skilled nursing communities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRC), and more. For each client, they focus on building a sales culture and implementing solid systems for inquiries, on-site community tours, and follow-ups. In every project, their goal is to fill vacancies, drive move-ins, and increase net operating income. 

Payment Policy -At Bild and Co all shops are assigned by the Research Division. When the Shopper successfully completes the assigned shop, and all documentation is submitted to the Research Division, the request for payment is generated based on shops that have been completed and submitted to the client. Billing periods are as follows: - Shops that are 100% complete and approved by Friday 12:00pm EDT of each week will be paid the following Friday. Payments are directly deposited into the account designated by the Shopper. Shoppers receive a 1099 annually for services provided. I'll post the link to the Bild & Co shop application as soon as I can find it. I was just chatting with Samantha through their chat, and she is going to pass my info onto their team.
